Greg Moundas
General Counsel and Senior Vice President
Greg Moundas has more than eleven years of legal experience focusing on commercial real
estate and finance matters with a particular emphasis on the hospitality industry.
He has worked on acquisition, disposition, finance, franchise and development of
hotels and resorts throughout the United States. For the past two years, Greg was
a sole practitioner representing the ventures which JF Capital Advisors invests
involving over $1.0 billion of hotel investments and developments.
Prior to this time, Greg served as senior vice president, chief counsel, real estate and finance for Wyndham International, Inc., a branded hotel operating company with approximately 140 owned, leased, managed and franchised properties. In addition, Greg was an associate with the law firms of Proskauer Rose LLP and Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP in New York, New York.
Greg earned his B.A. in Economics from Fordham University and a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law. Greg is admitted to practice in New York and Texas.
