Joe Weinberger joins JF Capital Advisors

JF Capital Advisors, a financial advisor to the hospitality industry, announced today that Joseph Weinberger joined the firm as a principal, rejoining his former colleagues from Bear Stearns. Jonathan Falik, the firm’s founder and CEO commented: “Joe brings a full complement of real estate advisory and transaction experience to our firm. Combined with exceptional dedication to his clients, Joe will add substantial value while structuring, negotiating and closing the complex transactions in which JF Capital Advisors specializes.” Mr. Weinberger will be responsible for further developing JF Capital Advisors’ hospitality relationships and ensuring successful execution of its advisory assignments.Mr. Weinberger was previously employed by Inlet Capital LLC, where he focused on mezzanine loans and opportunistic real estate investments. Prior to Inlet, Mr. Weinberger was an associate in investment banking at Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc., where he worked with real estate and lodging companies. Mr. Weinberger has been actively involved in more than $6.0 billion of principal investments and capital raising and advisory transactions, including public and private debt and equity offerings, mortgage financings, mergers and acquisitions assignments, and asset dispositions. Mr. Weinberger earned a B.A. with great distinction in Economics from McGill University in 1998 and an M.B.A. in Finance and Economics from Columbia Business School in 2002.
