NEW YORK, January 1, 2008

Adam McMaster has joined JF Capital Advisors LLC ("JF Capital"), as a senior vice president and will be responsible for finance and accounting. Mr. McMaster was previously employed by Ernst & Young, where he was a senior manager in the real estate audit group. Mr. McMaster has been involved in the initial public offering of Fortress Investment Group LLC, Starwood’s disposition of approximately $4 billion of hotels to Host Marriott, and the initial implementation of Sarbanes-Oxley at numerous clients.

During 2007, JF Capital and its principals made investments in 19 hotels and 3 hotel development projects and had lead advisory roles in 3 separate merger transactions valued at over $3 billion. "Our business has grown substantially over the past few years. Adam helps round out our team as we look forward to taking the business to the next level", said Jonathan Falik, CEO of JF Capital.

Mr. McMaster earned a B.S. in Accounting from Binghamton University in 1999 and is a Certified Public Accountant in New York.
